How does KANU Delivery work?
Choose the pickup point and the destination, check the price, select your delivery time, then confirm. A courier accepts the delivery; you follow their location until handover, which is validated by a code you give to the courier.
How do I order on KANU Food?
Browse the restaurants open near you, add your dishes to the basket and pay for your order. The restaurant prepares it, then a courier collects it and brings it to you.
How do I track my order?
In the app: every step is shown in real time, from confirmation to handover, with the courier's location and an estimated arrival time.
How do I become a partner?
Restaurants, shops, boutiques and supermarkets can join KANU Food through the partner portal: partners.axis-finance.net.
