Our approach

The Axis method: five stages, one unvarying discipline.

Our approach

The Axis method.

Understand before proposing.

Every engagement begins with a diagnostic phase whose conclusions are written, dated and shared. We do not begin any structuring work on the basis of an implicit understanding of the need.

Model without complacency.

Our financial models incorporate downside scenarios before upside ones. A project file that does not withstand our own sensitivity tests will not leave our offices.

Structure for the lender as much as for the client.

A financial structure is not good because it satisfies our client. It is good because it is financeable. We write project files from the point of view of the party who will have to say yes.

Execute all the way.

We lead the negotiation, documentation, satisfaction of conditions precedent and closing. The mandate ends at disbursement, not on delivery of the report.

Report back.

Formalised reporting, contractually agreed frequency, full traceability of the due diligence carried out.

Why this matters to you

What the Axis method guarantees you in practice.

A method is only worth what it spares you: needless back-and-forth, surprises in committee, transactions that get bogged down.

Less back-and-forth with lenders.

A project file modelled and tested in-house before being presented to a third party arrives ready for the difficult questions — which automatically shortens the time to close.

No unpleasant surprises at the credit committee.

Our downside scenarios are tested before the upside ones: what you present to your financial partners has already survived our own scepticism.

A commitment that does not stop at the report.

We remain mandated through to disbursement and the satisfaction of conditions precedent — not just until a written recommendation is delivered.
