What full OHADA governance changes for your compliance teams.
Formal governance is not a matter of form: it is what enables your own compliance teams to say yes faster.
An auditable counterparty from day one.
A full OHADA structure, specialised committees and statutory auditors: your due diligence team finds a documented framework, not a verbal promise.
Clear commitment thresholds and signing rules.
The three-tier delegation-of-authority matrix removes any ambiguity about who can commit the Firm, and above what amount — a control point that international lenders check systematically.
Independent Compliance and Shariah Committees.
The separation between executive bodies and oversight bodies reduces the risk of conflicts of interest, for you as well as for us.
